ATLAS are probably one of the hardest working melodic rock bands on the planet judging from the amount of promo emails I used to get. Seriously, nothing wrong here as it proves that the Britons are absolutely dedicated to what they do. Thus, no surprise that AOR Heaven picked them up for their debut album \u201cIn Pursuit Of Memory\u201d and continued their relation with the new album \u201eParallel Love\u201c. The given tracks see yet another definite development from the strong debut album. The band delivers strong melodies with hints of proggy AOR bands like ASIA and plays in the same league as, for example, fellow Britsters NEWMAN. Of course, it will be a long way to world domination, but tracks like \u201eWithout You\u201c or \u201eWe Are The Fire\u201c paved a good deal of the way already. Even if this is my personal opinion, one must admit that ATLAS manage to keep a definite consistency throughout every track which makes them truly enjoyable to listen to. In my humble opinion, the third album will be the make it or break it CD for them. I am very curious if they will have to the perseverance to set themselves apart from other bands of the new wave of melodic rock. Well, \u201eParallel Love\u201c shows they are able to write a good track or eleven!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
