With a bit of a surprise, FIGHTER V from Switzerland out of the blue now manage to step into these big shoes with their debut album entitled \u201cFighter\u201d. Competently produced by H.E.A.T. keyboardist Jona Tee, the Swiss\u2019 quintet\u2019s sound can be described as massively keyboard-driven melodic rock\/ hairspray rock with brilliant hooks, catchy melodies and fine song-writing. Tracks like the opener and single \u201cDangerous\u201d (better than anything than BON JOVI have come up with since almost 30 years), \u201cHeat Of The City\u201d, \u201cCan\u2019t Stop The Rock\u201d and and the more rocky piano-driven \u201cTurn It Up\u201d are real gems. Singer Dave Niederberger shines with a powerful voice \u2013 located somewhere near Jon Bon Jovi, Paul Laine, Ted Poley and the young Darren Wharton at times. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A highly recommend release if you like any of the aforementioned artists and one that will straight away take you back into the glorious 80\u2019s.
