Although\nalmost six month old already but discovered last month, \u201cThe Crossroad\u201c by\nShayne Malone from New Zealand is well worth to mention. Dug deep in the glory\n80s, the ten tracker is completely created by the man himself (including even mix and mastering) and the\nresult is more than honorable. The opener \u201eHello\u201c cries Def Leppard from second\none and Shayne sounds more than Joe Elliott than \u201eGood Ol\u2018 Joe\u201c himself during\nthe last 20 years. One of the absolute\nhighlights of the record follows with \u201cStop Breaking My Heart\u201c and would be a\nnice addition for the legendary Blue Tears debut. The damn chorus didn\u2018t leave\nmy head since I first heard it. Nearly equally as fine are \u201cIt\u2018s Gonna Be\nAlright\u201c and \u201cVictim Of The Night\u201c, but the other cuts are all really good too.\nLeaving the best for last – the 12 minute title track closes an impressive\nalbum offering everything we love about melodic rock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can\nfeel the enormous lifeblood Mr. Malone has spent for his music, so don\u2018t\nhesitate to open your wallet and buy Shayne\u2018s records either from his own shop\nor via bandcamp. Can\u2018t wait to hear more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
