Geez, what a weird band! Don’t get me wrong, “weird“ in a positive way! Mainman Jason CROSSON with his towering red hair looks like ALICE COOPER’s bastard son, whereas the music of this OZ lot could have been lifted straight off the 80s. Add to this, Jason is not your typcial 80s crooner, but has a darker touch to his voice – a melodic rock Glenn Danzig? A “Revenge“ style Gene Simmons? Weird, I know I told you! The songs, however, are influenced by a broad range of big name hard rock artists, from POISON to BON JOVI to the aforementioned (early 90s) ALICE COOPER and will make you old school party people more than happy! “Givin Up Livin Givin Up” and “We All Need An Enemy”  are by no means progressive, innovative and sophisticated kind of songs but make you stomp and shout along immediately. Tolerant neighbours needed, for sure! Not unlike STEEL PANTHER, SANTA CRUZ or RESTLESS LOVE, CROSSON belong to a new wave of hair metal bands, blatantly stealing from the classic melodic and hard rock bands of the 80s, but then again, adding a fresh element to it that makes you really enjoy stuff like this. Rocks!
